Jack Dean McKee

Jack Dean McKee, 76, of Osage, passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at his home in Osage. Jack was born on September 24, 1949, the son of Verle Ernest and Uva Grace “Snook” McKee. He graduated from Osage Community High School in 1968.

He held various forms of employment. The highlight of his career was being Paymaster of J.C. Penney Corporation under the supervision of Mr. Bernie Badker, who is also a graduate of Osage High School.

Jack was greatly loved by his siblings, Sandra and Richard Wittkamp of Alexandria, Minnesota, Darrell and Brenda McKee of Osage, Iowa, Michael McKee of Deadwood, South Dakota and Lori and John Crencik, of Dougherty, Iowa.

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; many aunts and uncles; most of all his beloved wife of 54 years Marcia.
