Kenneth "Kenny" Dean Schoneman

Kenneth Dean Schoneman, age 69, of St. Ansgar, Iowa, passed away from natural causes on Friday, August 29, 2025, at his home in St. Ansgar. Kenny was born on June 18, 1956, in St. Ansgar, Iowa, to William and Evelyn (Eske) Schoneman. He graduated from St. Ansgar High School. Kenny worked for many years on the family farm in St. Ansgar. After he sold the farm, Kenny was self-employed and worked for area farmers. He enjoyed going to tractor shows and visiting with friends.

Kenny is survived by many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Evelyn; and brother, Randall.

A graveside service for Kenny will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Rock Township. Memorials are preferred to St. John’s Lutheran Church, Rock Township. Hoff Celebrations – Schroeder Chapel of St. Ansgar is assisting the family with arrangements.
