Virl Burdette Deal

Virl B. Deal, age 101, of St. Ansgar, Iowa, passed away on Monday, October 21, 2025, at Mitchell County Regional Health Center in Osage. 

The funeral service for Virl will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at St. Ansgar United Methodist Church in St. Ansgar. The visitation will take place from 3:00-6:00 p.m. on Monday, October 27, 2025, at Hoff Celebrations - Schroeder Chapel in St. Ansgar and will continue for one hour prior to the service at church on Tuesday. Interment will be in the Carpenter-Newburg Township Cemetery in rural Carpenter. Hoff Celebrations-Schroeder Chapel of St. Ansgar is assisting the family with arrangements.
